Booking Process
- We recommend Tuesday (start date) to Monday (return date) for weekend competitions/events
- Start date - leotards will arrive by 1pm on or before this date
- Return/End date - leotards must be posted back to us on or before this date
- Booking multiple sets for the same rental dates can be placed in one order (to save shipping costs)
- Bookings for different dates must be done separately (as they will be shipped at different times)
- One partnership* per set of leotards only. Use for multiple routines by the same partnership is permitted
- Hiring 1 or 2 leotards from a set is permitted. Specify the sizes you require at checkout (Hire Bookings Only - Sizes)
- UK customers can take hired leotards to compete overseas (with prior notice)
- Our main 'For Hire' page is for UK customers only. Please contact us if looking to hire in other countries.
- We recommend that bodysuits/under leotards are worn with ALL our hire leotards

- You can submit measurements of the gymnast or comfortable training leotard via Find Your Size
- We also offer a 'Try Before You Hire' service for select periods in the year (off-peak season)
- New for 2025/6 - we now have 'Try-On Leotards' specifically to help with sizing, available all year around
Delivery & Return Information
- Competition leotards are posted with Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm (due to the value of the items)
- You will need to be in to sign for the delivery. Items cannot be left in a safe place/with a neighbour.
- Other items (such as bodysuits and training leotards) are posted with Royal Mail Tracked 24Hr or 48Hr
- Upon arrival, please inspect the leotards and notify us of any issues. This ensures you are not deemed liable when the items are returned
- Please do not attempt to wash the leotards
- Return address & instructions are included in the parcel. Return labels are not included & must be paid separately
- Returns must be posted with Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm
- New for 2025/26 - we now offer 'Return Postage Label', sent via email to avoid organising & paying at the Post Office.
Additional Information
- Minimal alterations, provided they are temporary, are permitted. For example, sewing country flags and tacking skirts in place
- Any alterations must be removed before returning the leotards
- In the event of loss or damage to items, please contact us immediately for assistance
Acrobatic Gymnasts - 10mm Crystal Size
“British Gymnastics have now confirmed that the FIG rule regarding the size of diamantes on leotards (10mm diameter) will be phased in this cycle (2025-2028) for NDP and FIG National Events. The Technical Committee will not penalise the gymnasts this cycle. Gymnasts competing internationally (outside of the UK) need to be aware that if they have leotards with diamantes bigger than 10mm they can be deducted.”
We now provide the crystal size of all hire leotards on our website. If you require a leotard with crystals 10mm or under, please ensure you book one which confirms this size on the product page. We will not be able to change crystals without agreement prior to booking.
Any cancellations due to crystal size will follow our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy. No refund can be provided for leotards worn in competition that result in deduction.
*Partnership - for the avoidance of doubt, is defined as 1 entry in 1 category. For example 1x Grade 5 WG. Using the leotard for Balance & Dynamic is permitted. A gymnast from this G5 WG also using it for a G4 WP they compete in, is not permitted. For rhythmic & aerobic gymnasts, "partnership" would be the individual gymnast.
