Frequently Asked Questions
- Is this available to people outside the UK? - Yes! Anyone in the world can order our custom leotards
- How long do they take to arrive? - Production time is 6-12 weeks depending on the design & our current schedule - email custom@derivativeleotards.co.uk for more info
- How do we know what sizes to order? - view our Size Guide here
- Do you offer custom sizes? - Yes! We can create leotards to your specific measurements if you prefer
- Can we purchase just 2 leotards? - Yes! We have 3 of each design available, but you don't have to order all 3, just 1 or 2 is absolutely fine
- Are there any boys designs? - we can create a boys version of any of the 'Buy A Design' options shown
Resale Agreement
The Derivative Leotards Resale Agreement allows us to make more leotards available for sale, therefore keeping costs down and providing more options for our customers.
Production & Delivery
- All designs will be produced in line with the specifications shown at the time of ordering
- Skirts - all printed designs will either be double sided (design printed on underside of fabric) or have net layers underneath - to avoid plain white fabric showing
- Production time is 6-12 weeks depending on the design selected, to cater to varying levels of urgency
- Production begins from the date that the order, payment, sizes, and resale agreement have all been received. Without these details, we cannot start creating your leotards
- UK Delivery - shipping is via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (next-day service)
- International Delivery - shipping is typically via DPD (we recommend allowing 2 weeks for delivery in case of customs/external delays)
Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
- Once the order has been placed the customer agrees to purchase the leotards
- If payment is not received within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled automatically in our system, and the design made re-available to purchase
- If order details remain incomplete (i.e. sizes not specified, resale agreement not signed) after 24 hours, the order will be cancelled, and the design made re-available to purchase
- Sizes cannot be changed once the order has been placed
- Cancellation once production begins will be investigated and issued on a case-by-case basis. As items are made-to-order it is unlikely a full refund can be provided in these circumstances. We will endeavour to offer the best solution in each case
- Returns cannot be accepted, as items are custom-made to your specific requirements
- Alterations/adjustments can be offered where possible (fees may apply)
